New Maximum Compensation Rates

Starting January 1, 2025, South Carolina’s maximum weekly compensation rate has increased to $1,134.43. Additionally, the mileage reimbursement rate has been set at $0.70 per mile for travel to medical appointments.

Jeremy is a former Executive Board Member and current Member of the Legislative Committee of the Injured Workers Advocates, an association protecting and advancing the rights of workers in South Carolina. Additionally, he has been named to both Super Lawyers and Legal Elite of the Upstate in Workers’ Compensation.
